Who you're contracting with
Venito is provided by INOVIX AS, Norway. These terms apply to use of the service. The privacy policy explains personal data handling, and the cookie policy explains browser storage and optional measurement.
Your account
Provide accurate account information and protect your sign-in credentials. You are responsible for activity you authorise and for having permission to share guest details. Contact us if you suspect unauthorised access. Guests do not need a host account to respond to an invitation.
Acceptable use
Do not use Venito for spam, harassment, unlawful content, impersonation or infringement of another person’s rights. Only upload content you may lawfully use. Do not attempt to bypass security, payment or usage limits. Organisers are responsible for their event and communications with guests.
Billing
Prices, included features, message credits, payment frequency and applicable taxes are shown before checkout. Recurring charges apply only when you choose a recurring product. Review the order details before paying. Contact us about billing errors, cancellation or refunds. Mandatory consumer rights, including any applicable withdrawal and complaint rights, are not limited by these terms.
Your content
You retain rights to content you upload. You give INOVIX AS permission to store, process and display it as needed to operate Venito and deliver your invitations. This does not grant permission to use private invitations or guest photos in advertising. You are responsible for the content and permissions of people depicted.
Termination
You may stop using Venito and request account closure. We may restrict access where necessary to address abuse, security risks or legal obligations. We aim to explain material restrictions when lawful and practical. Availability may be affected by maintenance or external providers. Contact us about service problems; mandatory statutory remedies remain available.
